"In the Midst" Stories

AUTUMN DAZE

I've been playing this piece for probably 5 years or so and never really had a name for it. Every year for quite awhile, Cindy and I go leaf-hunting. I know it sounds a bit strange, but during the month of October we get in the car and seek out the back roads here in PA, NY, MD, and VA. We have "discovered" waterfalls and breathtaking views of God's seasonal paintbrush. The music reminds me of these days spent together traveling together at a wonderfully slower pace surrounded by the color and scent of Autumn.
